It’s 100% possible for you to learn to like, trust, and respect yourself.
Therapy
I offer 45-minute sessions, and I will always recommend at least 1x weekly sessions. Sometimes I may recommend more, but I will rarely allow for every other week or monthly meetings, unless we’ve already worked extensively together.
Anything less than 1x weekly sessions becomes a game of catch-up, leaving no room for real work to get done, and you end up frustrated that nothing’s happening.
I meet online-only (via Zoom).
